About This Project

This project was developed using 7Taps, a new micro-learning course authoring tool. The mini-course was geared toward people who have challenges advocated for themselves in a medical setting.

This mini-course is optimized for a mobile experience.

About This Project

This tutorial production project was created to demo various tasks internal stakeholders needed to complete in Salesforce. This was part of a larger project that began with a task analysis. The result was multiple task library of videos for use as needed.
